Sporty Spice | SoHo Style #styledbyemilia

As you may already know, the weather in NY has been quite bipolar lately. Temperatures fluctuating around 20 degrees daily. As a commuter I like to keep myself prepared. I know that the trains will be abundant in AC, meanwhile the black tar city streets will be radiating. Therefore, I decided to prep for you this sporty & layered look. Sportswear is still a major trend in the fashion realm, and we can thank the ‚models off-duty’ for keeping this look very alive.

Let’s start by talking about THE KNIT JUMPSUIT. The easiest item to style since it is so universal, especially when kept in a neutral color. Jumpsuit can be layered both underneath, on top, or worn on its own. Ideal for both the girl running errands in SoHo, or the girl laying on the beach.

Next, let’s discuss this GUCCI BELT BAG that blog girls worldwide are going crazy over. Is it worth the frenzy? YES. Not only is it super comfortable– and impossible to leave behind anywhere since it’s attached to you– it also fits all your essentials; Wallet, phone, gum, setting spray.

This GIA jacket is still my favorite and I bring it with me everywhere I go. It matches everything and is so cozy. If you know me, you know denim is my favorite fabric to work with.

Lastly, let’s discuss ALEXANDER WANG’s version of the SOCK SNEAKER. Alexander Wang collaborated with Adidas Originals in order to create the ideal trending shoe at the ideal price. You may already recognize this shoe since Balenciaga’s version has been all over the internet and streets. However, Balenciaga’s version is at a very pricey $750. Wang x Adidas cost $180 and look just as chic, if not better.
